started machining front disc today from a standard ford disc with an aluminium inner mount to go on chs front shaft, ill put the holes in it saturday and machine shaft.

im moving factory xmas(downsizing) so i have to get chs frontend finished! i have nearly finished the arms now so im onto machining the wheel shafts etc, at least iv got all the parts ... |

hi all
iv just built the spacers for the 6 pots and had to space them out by 19mm wider 3/4" in imperial, i'v used ford escort xr3i vented disc which goes with the wheels iv used.

im using two 6 pots on the front with a vented disc, the 4 pots are possibly for the back wheel but i might be rethinking back wheel to go with a normal disc and one 4 pot stuck on it moun ... |

after much head scratching heres my progressive shock unit all mounted up and it works a treat on a dry test, next job is to mount the swaybar which is manufactured but im sure will keep us ... |
