Clear lens ordered from www.clearalternatives.com.
Description: CTL-0049 (Honda VTZ1300/1800 Custom) $40.95 (last year)
Red bulb comes with the lens. When installing, must change turn signal bulb. Used bulb 1157 KALF S3B 3RB in amber. This bulb is bigger than the one that comes with it. Take needle nose pliers, bend bulb socket housing out, so bigger bulb will fit.
Top bulb of tail light/ brake light didn't seem to be as bright as I would like. Took top shield that is over the bulb, trimmed it back approx 3/8 inch and bent it up. Now you should be able to see the bulb when you stand back. Gives out much more light. This would also benefit those that stay with the red lens.
I made this new change after Maggie Valley.
